If an item is out of stock we’ll contact you either by telephone or email, giving you the option to either re-order or have the item sent on at no extra cost. Small items that are due back in stock within the next 2-3 days we’ll generally back order without a call or email.
Refunds and Returns.
Credit notes will be issued for goods that are returned in a saleable condition and in unopened original packaging within 30 days. We cannot except return for refunds, exchanges or gift vouchers without proof of purchase.
All goods are inspected prior to dispatch, goods damaged in transit is the responsibility of the courier. If you notice damage to the packaging then either refuse delivery or make a note on the delivery receipt and save all packaging materials and damaged products. Contact us immediately and we will file a claim on your behalf and replace or issue a credit note for damaged items.
