Wissmach glass is well known for unique mixes of colours. The Prisma line is designed specifically for kiln forming and offers a glass that ranges from soft wisps of color to more intense streaky colour combinations. The predominant colour in the colour mix is always the first color listed. Each side of Prisma Glass has a unique pattern - doubling your design options. Prisma glass makes it easy to add colour and movement to your fused glass project. Glass features streaky wisps of white running through green opal. 90 COE.

    An economical way to stock up on 90 C.O.E Fusible sheet glass. Whether you're in need of a base glass, a top layer, or are creating a project entirely from clear, Wissmach offers an affordable option without compromising on quality. Compatible with Bullseye tested compatible and other 90 COE fusible glass. 90 COE. 

    Wissmach 90 C.O.E is made  for glass fusing and kiln forming. Special care has been taken to avoid devitrification and all our Wissmach fusible glass is compatible with all other 90 C.O.E products.

    Standard Fusing Schedule – 2 layers thick
    Segment 1: 600°F/hr up to 1000°F hold for 10 minutes
    Segment 2: Full/9999 up to 1410°F hold for 10 minutes
    Segment 3: Full/9999 down to 950°F hold for 60 minutes
    Segment 4: 100°F down to 700°F hold for 1 minute

    Tack Fuse, Polishing and/or Slumping into a mold
    Segment 1: 300°F/hr up to 1000°F hold for 10 minutes
    Segment 2: Full/9999 up to 1300°F or 1350°F (depending on your desired results) hold for 10 minutes
    Segment 3: Full/9999 down to 950°F hold for 60 minutes
    Segment 4: 100°F down to 700°F hold for 1 minute

    Draping over a mold and/or polishing
    Segment 1: 300°F/hr up to 1000°F hold for 10 minutes
    Segment 2: Full/9999 up to 1200°F or 1220°F (depending on your desired results) hold for 10 minutes
    Segment 3: Full/9999 down to 950°F hold for 60 minutes
    Segment 4: 100°F down to 700°F hold for 1 minute

    Note: not all kilns are alike. Your kiln size, controller type, and individual project may require some alteration to the schedule for best results.
